Enticer 340 Clutching

Looking for some advice on waking up my 78 340 Enticer. Any tricks with the clutching like springs or weights would really be helpful. She's pretty doggy out of the hole.

replace the primary spring 1st off. (chased one on my enticer for 2 years before i did that.) check and replace any worn parts in there. we have one of those we did this to and it engages fine. even spins the rack on the trail.

Stock setup was pretty snappy on that sled. Like Maim says, you likely have broken or worn parts.
