at w.o.t. my engine light blinks, sometimes it stays on for a little bit or just flash its to hard to count how many blinks or flahes when at w.o.t, i'm a little more concerned about trees at 100+ (they don't seem to move ) is this part of that throttle override system?, and how do you correct it
thanks seven

'02 viper hauck husher pipes,v-force reeds, super cool head, speed sheave, 1 1/4 rip saw, and 10,000 miles gotta love yamaha

heat exchangers are warm not hot enough tp burn you i can touch heads and jugs i would have to guess they have to be around 150-180 degrees w/out a temp guage hard to tell but the plugs are nice chocolate brown at 10 out side temp iwish i could give you a sequence what kind of symtoms bring that thing on?

they were just cleaned maybe 300 miles ago and now that you say that i wanna think that i've heard that servo dancin' at an idle i'll have to pull the cover to be sure. correct me if i'm wrong if that servo is bouncin' back and forth at an idle one or more of the cables is to tight?

When this happened on my Viper, engine light and warning light flashing, it was the hand/thumb warmer resistors had got snow packed on them from the back side (under hood). If your sled was over heating it should flash the coolant light and warning light together. See this link in the TY tech section. Hope this helps. -Ed
