Just wondering if a 1.25 Ripsaw track will work on a 99 Vmax Deluxe?? Will all the lugs clear everything??

Yes, provided you do not stud the ripsaw.
If you stud the ripsaw, you will need to swap all the drivers from the stock 8tooth ones to 9 tooth drivers. If you don't, you will probably tear through your front heat exchanger. You may need to do a gearing change to compensate for the smaller drivers if you go that route.
I wanted to put a 136" ripsaw 1.25" on my 97 venture, and after determining from all the guys here that have swapped tracks on these proactions, I determined that a .92 skidoo camoplast track with studs would do the trick. Considering the stock yokohama was a .75" lug on mine, the skidoo track unstudded was a huge improvement. Adding the 108 studs down the center make another massive difference.

I currently have the 1.25 track on my 99 vmax deluxe with no issues at all even over bad bumps no rubbing
I've got two 1 inch square sections covering my front heat exchanger and right in-line with the track clips. That I've looked at 1.25" track will definitely interfere with. It looks like I could only go 1" lug without trimming the track. Are these square sections stock???

those are heat exchanger protectors. I don't believe they were stock on any of the proaction sleds, but yamaha did make these, as well as many other brands. Is there a part number on yours? Mine are replicas of the venture ones Yamaha used to sell, and there is still room after the .92 track, and studs. If you don't have a venture, youa re in luck as the HX protectors are easily had for 35 dollars or so new. Unfortunately the venture used completely different front protectors. I tried 2 brands of ones that would fit SX, and other proaction chassis and those would not fit, not even the yamaha ones.
A 1.25 ripsaw will fit but not with studs as I mentioned.

I have a rip saw on my Apex with no studs. I really like the way it hooks up. So I most likely would not stud it. The current stock track on the Vmax has studs. When we studed it we added tunnel protectors. Will these get in the way with the ripsaw?????

They should not.
What brand of protectors do you have?

I have a 2001 700 sxr and am running a 1.5" intense. I had to remove the tunnel protectors. None of the proaction sleds had the upper protectors made of plastic stock. These were and accesory. The 1" sqaure aluminum ones on the forward hx are stock on most sx, srx, sxr, vipers.
1.25' tracks will fit with these in place but you run into ice issues. I would recomment removing the protectors if not studded.
Also the 1.25" ripsaw is a very good if not the best all around track. With the 1.25" ripsaw you can run stock clutching and gearing.
