How to adjust them and determine if they are set correctly.
Do they really work. I don't drive in high altitudes and currently around lake level on the north side of the great Lakes (Ontario). I ran this in Haliburton (~110 miles north of Toronto) but runs the same.
What is the correct idle speed range for this sled. I am under 2k and the trottle cable adjuster just significantly delayed the drop down of RPM's more than raise the speed with side effect. Snow has be washed and melted away this week with very mild temps and rains. So there is time to tweak and test in the colder days without snow.

I have noticed mine do a pretty good job on my twin brother of your sled.
I did replace the faulty oil pump this fall. It uses a lot less oil now.
If you don't get a fault code on the dash, and it runs fine, then the solenoids are working.

I usually see the diagnostic light flash two or three times on startup. Once this winter it was flashing quite a bit and then stopped and all appeared normal with it again, that being flashing a few times on startup and thats it. I recall the dealer telling me it will flash a few times when started and thats normal.horkn said:I have noticed mine do a pretty good job on my twin brother of your sled.

I checked the plugs I put in last year which have 950km on them now and they are black, not even brown at the tips. But it drinks oil even more than last year. Approx 200km and the oil light came on and took approx 2 litres to fill back up. I misplaced the pump I got from a member and will have to track it down to see where this mark I did not see last year is if at all.
Thx
