I bought a sled last year with bender transfer rods, and I cant seem to adjust them. They are the style with a set screw and seemed to be spring loaded. I tried loosening the set screw and also removing it, push up to turn and nothing, (with the set screw out they will spin, with it in and loose they won't move), anybody know about these things?

You don't touch that set screw, you just grap the blue cylinder, pull down on it and turn it either clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust weight transfer. After you turn it one rotation, it will pop back up(because it is spring loaded) and a dowel will go back into a slot. You can only adjust the rods by one full rotation. Hope this helps.
