Srx Bog Problem

My srx 1998 700 is not working like she should! im trying to troubleshoot the cause of the problem . the sled is boggy. When it gets warmed up,quarter to wide open throttle its a constant bog. Im thinkin its a reed valve cracked or broken,or it could be the power valves need adjustment does anyone know or think they know how to solve my baby's choking problem??


PLEASE HELP CAUSE MY GIRLFRIENDS SLED, THE VIPER, IS BLOWIN BY ME AND THAT AINT COOL!!!!

couple things for starters..

choke releasing all the way(free play in cable)
carbs clean and adjusted(float)/jetted properly!!
reeds good
pv clean and adjusted

Its a 1998 there is 120 psi in each cylinder and i just want her to scream again!!!! I guess its time to tear it down and find out whats causin my grief if you know any thing else that could help please let me know!!

you got 120 psi but still can have alot of blow by,check into the above to
start,try a leak down test too.

Im not sure if it was done i only bought the srx this year from a friend so im guessin its not ! what needs to be done??

have your dealer run the VIN number see if it's been updated,'98's had issues where the crank turned out of phase(timing),if it has not it'll need to be trued and welded.
