Just got a 2003 Viper ER. 2800 miles really nice condition. I am going to put in an M10 air skid. Or are there alternatives as in used skids that are good fits for this sled?
How about the front susp. Are the factory plastic skis ok, should I do any susp work shocks etc to work better with M10 or other skid?
I am going to pull the sled apart and clean everything up this summer. Dont think the engine will need anything with 2800 miles, any recommendations on what to do in term of preventative Maintenance? I will do the normal change the transfer case oil, clean carbs, etc. Looking for any Viper specific you should watch out for things.
Thanks for the input

The m-10 airwave is an awsome suspension and will be top notch comfort wise.Once its dialed in correctly I don't think you can have anything that will isolate you from the bumps like that.Keep in mind that they do have some drawbacks such as reduced weight transfer so you'll spin more and the sled will be a bit tippier with the taller stance, especially if your running to much air.Once you get the sag right usually about 4-6 inches the handling will be fairly good, but not quite that rail around corners on rails feeling of the stock setup. But what a ride you'd have and its still alot cheaper than buying a new sled and you'll have just as good if not better comfort than most new sleds.

Clean and adjust your powervalves. If you want an unreal handling trail ski, try Kimpex Arrows.
