I am in the works on finishing my sons 136 setup. I bought these hoses last yr. Now I come to find out they don't fit. I am wondering did anyone come across this problem? My hoses will fit the side heat exchangers but not the rear one. The rear is bigger. What to do is the question? Here is the pictures.

the bigger hose is from an srx.. I had the opposite problem. Srx side coolers with sx rear heat exchanger. So I put srx hoses on and clamped them down to the smaller sx tube.

I always ran the hose that fit he smaller pipe dia, and used silicone spray and a lot of grunt to get the hose on. It also helped to heat up the hose, so it would stretch to fit

Maybe I will try it. It is just a big difference. I can't even get it started.
:o|

try a lil heat. put the end of the hose in some hot water. u can use a propane torch too just be gentle. smear a lil dish soap on the exchanger too.

got it...hehe

good idea guys. Used some sockets to make it bigger little by little with a torch. Also the use of sea foam helped. My hands hurt but it is done.
:bump: ;)! ;)!
