I've re-jetted my 97 MM600 but it doesn't seem to have the power it needs. It will get up to the higher rpms when on the flats or downhill but can't get over 4-5k when going up hill or towing a skier. I believe i need to change the springs on my clutch to allow me more power. Any suggestions??? Some one also thought i might need to lower the needle in the carbs a notch.... I ride at 11k ft plus and jetted the mains at 153's... Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

You are going to want to be in the 137.5, 140 area for mains, and needles need to be leaner as well (can't remember off hand. Notes are in the garage, and I'm not.)

Also you will need to set the clutching up for that altitude as well. CR's with a 3.6 in the first hole, and either a 3.6 or a 2.7 with the YSY short spring will be close.
