man I think I could go for something like this.It looks like a lot of fun,light,800cc HO engine, turns on a dime and can go thru powder like nothing. There is a dealer here in Winnipeg that I am going to check them out.Wanna see what the prices are.I would condider this before any other sled.I could see myself riding all day on the Hawk and not get bored.WOW!!

Linky no worky

Is thata snowhawk 800 HO you are tying to post up about?

Yeah, they are neat, but I don't think they are legal on trails. You would get a heck of a workout from riding one all day.

I think I wanna just go take a look at them and sit on one and find out what they go for. 140 Hp for 410 lb unit ain't bad. They are supposed to have a lot of rear travel built in. They should incorporate the new Polaris Rush suspension..that would be cool then.

I am amazed that these have been out as long as they have, and I still have never seen one outside of the snow show. There are no dealers anywhere that I am aware of. That is another reason I don't think they are trail legal. I would ride one of these any day, personally. It is like a cross between a stand up jet ski, and a MX bike, but more like a stand up jet ski.

It states on their site that they are trail legal and they do look like a lot of fun to me.I just wander what speeds they reach.Seem to go pretty fast in the video clip anyways, and the depth of the powder is crazy,my sled won't do that.

Back in my home town, there's a gentleman that rides one all the time on the trails. Looks goofy when he's coming towards you. First time I'd seen him, I had to look twice.

Why would they not be trail legal? They have a track, and a single ski. Remember the old ski doo double track single ski. Now that was a work out to ride. lol

All I could think of was getting one and extending the forks and installin some big ol' swept back handle bars and making myself a "snow chopper"

brap..brapp...brappp.....ah crap!!!!

that would work...when you make them 360 turns bischof you will be taking a lot of snow with you alone. You'll need them bars to hang on to for sure :dunno:
