Got mine from Betheviper but I'm not sure you'll get the full effect without widing things (radius rods, tie rods).

im told many has done just the viper shocks upgrade and BETHEVIPER brackets on the front of SRX with no major problems....? also when i change the rear shocks to VIPERS what spacer do i change in the control rods? and what one do i get? i know the limiter straps are the same from an 01 srx and 02 viper, http://hem.passagen.se/rogg/yamsetup/tabell_boggi_eng10.htm

Not sure on the 01 srx. I did mine, a 97 sx & 98 srx. I used the search feature on this forum and found pages on pages of info on long traveling.

open the book i sent you and you can see if you need the part your looking for, measure yours and compare with part spec. in the book to set your sled up to a 2001 700 sxr spec...CP

I'm doing the same thing it sounds like. Do you what the length of the limiter straps should be? I have a '98 and I heard that they are too short. I also got a set of straps from a '03 Viper but it had a long track not a 121". Thinking I could pop another hole in the strap to make it the right length??? Folded or flat dim will work.

i have been looking at parts manuals and it seems on the 2001 srx it has the same limiter straps as a 2001 sxr long travel. thats one way to figure things out. still learning about these front brackets and if i should do that with the viper shocks for the front or the WORKS shocks and vipers in the rear? also trying to figure out what kind of transfer rods are on my srx, they are completely different then the ones on a vmax, etc.

any other thoughts
If you look in the SRX/VIPER section of the forums, there is a thread about these transfer rods titled "01srxskid questions" from back in April. On the third page of that thread a member named "00srxwherry" posted with a picture of your transfer rods with instructions on how to install them. From what I understand, you use the top part of the original Yammy transfer rod. So my guess is you would have to get the top peice of a transfer rod from a long travel suspension and mount it onto your transfer rod and it should work. Take a look at that forum, maybe I'm wrong but thats the way I understood it. Hope this helps.
You need different Transfer rods. get them from a non mountain viper.
