MPI used to roll the stock chaincase, does anyone have the measurements/ instructions on how to do it. Talked to MPI today and was no help. All they said is that they don't deal with 2-strokes anymore. I know they move the jackshaft to the underside of the tunnel and have a bracket for the brake caliper. Any help would be great. Thanks

I am wanting to do this to a short track viper. Do you have template or dimensions to relocate jack/drive shaft? Can this be done to the stock tunnel? I can make a tunnel guard for under chaincase. Do you have a chaincase already modded? Goal is to run 9 tooth drivers-1" track-1.375 studs with no clearence issues.

I usaly have a extra but I blue a chan and had to use it. Whatin for parts to fix the CNC so I can make a spare. I do have template made for the new holes. The only thing is I have never uesed them on That sled. I made them so I can drop and roll to my specs.

PM me and maybe we can work somthing out.

case

Ekholme cuts off the brake caliper mounts off the case and rewelds it in the rolled position . The clutch centre to centre distances remain the same and I thought it dropped 2" and back 4". you need to build a case protecter because it is below the running boards and modify the bulkhead brace on the right side and you lose your emergency brake, The drainplug hole is welded closed and a dipstick tube is added MMax SX SRX Viper Venture Phasers 97 and up are the same, skid relocation necessary

Yes, I made it When I broke a chain a cuple years a go and wrecked the case. It works awsome!! I cut the case down and weld with the same jig. I also made a program to cut out the caliper mount.
