Tom, their street bike selection doubled at cedar creek, i reccomend going in there and checking out the bikes again...

They got about 5 more 600rrs from freddys riding school. and we can guarantee that those were broken in properly haha.

Yep I am really excited......hopefully I can keep it busy!!! I have run equipment before but this one is a little bigger then I am used to. Picking up jobs for the summer!!!!

now when you have to work on your sled or change tracks, you can hook it up to that bucket and left the sled up and work standing upright.Might come in handy there....lol

To bad your not a little closer, I've got a piece of property that you could practice on (small offroad park) and a guy that could teach you to run it like a proffesional.

Thanks 8vo.......I am partnering up with a friend that has been an excavator and operator for 40 years. I am a builder and with the economy good down the chitter. I am looking at other avenues to make money. This year is going to be a learning year!

that is good to see.My partner and I do cabinets and are busy.We also do windows, doors, hardwood and tile flooring.Basically anything to do with carpentry. But we have also decided to build our first house together in a new sub-division and may go that route permanent .First house will be the hard one money wise, but after that we could do a couple ayear maybe. We are just thinking about our future and we are getting older. We want to do things at our pace and build quality homes.

Thats the route that I went, but the US has a surplus of houses and it is not the time to build until the credit markets get better. Watch out blue.....when I started this, a house in my price target took 1 year to sell. Now I am still sitting on one and have another one at a halt. There is only so long you can hold these things as a builder. If you are building for someone it is a different thing. But they have to understand(a lot of people don't) that you will take longer than a big company but there are significant benefits to a smaller company(QUALITY)! Good Luck!!!!!!

well that is just it runner...We have seen enough new homes because of the cabinets we install, that we are noticing a lot of builders are sloppy and not framing straight and square.I mean we installed cabinets in this one house(totally new) and the corner that we started the cabinets was 1 1/4 inches out .That really pissed us off, because we started to hang the cabinets, and the cabinets were not lining up flush and plumb. We have to start over and shim the crap of the corner casbinets in order for the rest to fall in line, yet it wasn't perfect,we wasted so much time.We pointed this out to the builder(un purpose) and he said "ah don't worry, put a lot of caulking to hide the gaps in the counter tops and such, the guy who bought this house is from up North and he won't notice it" My partner said to me "the guy is such a jackazz,I think we can do better..so lets go ahead and try one our selfs" Seen to many new homes where the builder is using a 21 year old kid for framing, paying the guy like $12 an hour. Where is the quality these days? And talk about floors being off level, this is another story for another time.

I have been in the construction field for about 13 years now and believe me I know what you are talking about!!! It is almost impossible to hire a reliable person for almost any reason. The good ones are few and far between. But I can tell you that unless you are building for someone now is not the time and it is not easy to get good financing. Which usually takes all to profit away unless you are building in the very upper end houses and now it is impossible to get the financing!!!!! Just something to think about.....thats all. Don't get yourself in a situation where there is a total of 50000 in profit to take home and then have to pay on the loan for 2 or 3 years cause you can't move the house. MY .02 cents!!!!!!
