I just replaced pistons & rings, cleaned the carbs & blead the cooling system.Went for a ride this past weekend, halfway through the ride decided to check the oil level and it hadn't moved.Good thing I put oil in the tank for brake in.Oil cable and pump move freely.I only disconnected the 2 fuel lines & 1 coolant hose to the carbs to remove and clean them.I'm thinking I have an air lock. What would cause this?Any info would be appreciated!

There are others that will come up using the search function.

Did you bleed the oil lines? Very easy to do as you put it together. A little harder once it is all together. Oil pumps usually go full ratio when they fail.

Exactly.
My oil pump on my 97 600 twin went, how long ago I don't know, but I imagine quite a while back before I owned it, and the sled drank oil. I would use a tank of oil per 2 tanks of gas.
I bet you simply got an air bubble in the line. I bet it will work its way out, but keep running premix until you either bleed the line, or let it work its own way out, and are certain the pump is pumping oil by watching the oil level hopefully go down.
