This guy told me about his 2 sled's.Both sled's are 2002 v-max 600 ER. 4,000 Ingagement and tacking out at almost 10,000. I would say there's a problem.
yes there is, posibily using wrong belt? I can see 9,000 that I am still trying to fix on a 600 triple, But 10,000 is way to high, something is going to let go. I would recomend not letting it spin that high. have someone that knows clutching look at it before operating machine.

check belt and service clutchs if ok put more weight in front clutch.turk has some good setups for your sled
4.5 rivet inner & 3.6 rivet outer works great for trail riding & good low end omph!!

im also having trouble got a 98 xtc 700 bender clutch kit with stock weigh with 13.9mm rivet in tip hittin 9000 rpm went from a i did have 42 gram weights in it an i pull 8800 with those will i damge my motor hittin that with stock single pipe an aftermarket can
