I have a 99 Deluxe. The sled has AAEN tripple pipes, Reed spacers, thin head gasket, and clutch kit. I am going to take off the pipes and go with the stock exhaust (to loud for wife). The rest of the stuff I figured I would just leave. My questions is should I go back to the stock jeting and carb setings??

AFAIK, the reed spacers, thinner head gasket and clutch kit all will work fine with the stock jetting.

You will be better off with stock jetting with e10 gas that you will find all over the state as well. Especially with the thinner head gasket, that should give you a little extra safety from detonation than if you leaned it out from stock.

142.5 across all and lower the needles 1/2 was the best free advice I was given in here.

Pm me if yer looking for a complete set of stock exhaust parts to replace the triple pipes.
Can even bore the can out for you if you want which is not much louder than stock.

I set the carbs back to stock. I had all the stock exhaust parts to put back on the sled. I did bore out the stock scilencer.

Is the stock seting for the needles "E" clip in the 3rd slot with both washers on top?? This is the way I have it set up.

Anyone intrested in the AAEN tripples??

Your needles are dropped 1/2 already... The stock jetting is truly terrible at 145pto 143.8 rest... throw on a RX1 helix and you'll have a trail friendly fun sled...
