I have 944 UBR engine in a 2000 MM with a 159" track . The sled is almost completely modded out but the guy who sold me the sled hadn't setup the new clutches yet. I have a TEAM secondary with a 58-38-46 helix and a red/blk spring. On flat ground it runs perfect 9000-9100 but as soon as I hit a hill they drop to 8000-8500. With my custom pipes I am loosing a lot of HP. What setups are you other big bore guys running to keep the RPM at 9. I would like to stick with the TEAM if at all possible, mean it's BRAND new! PS

have you tried less tension on the secondary spring? from the sounds of it though you need more because it is not backshifting enough.

Your secondary helix and spring sound about right. I've got the same setup in my 950 but you should change out the spring with a fresh one as they are known for losing thier stiffness over time. They also have shims available for those springs that help you gain back some RPM.
