Well this is my first post on here. Sold my Skidoo and am waiting for delivery of my new Yamaha. Any comments on this sled? How does it compare to the 800 Skidoos? Liked my Skidoo but wanted to try a 4 stroke. Don't think there is a better one built than Yamaha.

The apex is a very good sled.
You won't have any issues speed wise with 800 doos, but the apex is much heavier. Just don't get it stuck and you will be fine

thanks for all the replies. love the sled but smoked an idler wheel at 650 kms, seems like this might be a problem
