Canadian Sled 2600 KM
125 PSI each Cyl
No apparent seal leaks (sprayed starter fluid on each seal location and all around motor and no variation in idle.
Boggs bad at an idle.
Disassembled , Cleaned & reassembled Primary and secondary clutches.
New Belt.
New Plugs.
Dis-assembled and cleaned carb (3 times). Jets out, everything cleaned, all passages cleared with small wire and carb cleaner.
The only way to minimize bogging is to lift the choke lever slightly. There is a cable adj on the choke (at carb), does this need to be a certain height? If I adj it out, it seems to minimize bogg on the track stand. But I think I am just coverin up the real problem
Am I just covering a fuel delivery problem by lifting the choke plunger?
Out of ideas!

EX440 bogging Update
Got some snow, took it for a ride and it was loading up bad. Adj'd the height of the choke plunger until it cleared up. Seems to run pretty good now just need some time to fine tune it.
