I put a tracks usa 136 conversion on my wifes 500. Used a 2" lug track i had layin around from a Cat 
, used 8 tooth wahl drivers. Anybody have an idea what i should use for gearing to get it close to stock. Seemed to lose quite a bit on the top end, but clutching seems real good.

You will not want to return to the stock gear ratio when running that deep of a lug on a 500cc.
