well its time to redo the secondary on the 600 vmax(1994).i dont have the clutch tool and am wondering if anybody has any tips on how to do this job without if that is even possible.should i just take it in to the dealer?

came off with not too much trouble.used a spring compresser as a holder.so im going to replace the cam sliders and clean it up,when i reinstall do you preload these things or does the spring really take care of that?i dont think its like a rewind is it?

ive always done mine by hand theres pretty much only tension when it twists
