While getting the sleds ready for their summer nap i noticed the transfer rod gap to be at the bottom with no weight on sled. I thought it is to be at the top? I cant say if this is real new or not (just cant remember). The travel seemed fine when pushing it down. I do remember the last time i had it out, it rode a little ruff in the bumps. Something broke to cause this or was it normal in the 96's. What do i look for if it is something wrong. Ill start here and go from there. let me know if more info is needed.
Lift up on the rear and see if the sled stays up when you let go.Also check the the gap while its up. Could be a combination of a weak rear spring and worn bushings.

With the sled all the way off the ground the gap is about 2cm on top and about 4cm on the bottom of transfer rod. The skid will not go any further down due to the rear limiter stap. The bushings dont look bad. I have on thin one on top and a thin one on the bottom. I dont know if any have been removed, im second owner. I do know all work was done by dealer and a heavier spring was put in due to my buddy being a big guy and bottoming out a lot. Im about 200 with gear on.
