I am replacing the springs in my clutches, originals in my 1998. I am putting a new w-s-w in the primary (stock replacment) and I have a red (stock replacement) or a green secondary I can use as a replacment.
My question is, what would be the noticed effects of putting the green seconday spring in place of the red one?
Thanks

Thanks,
Just a clarification, Backshifting is when you let off the gas, say in a turn that when you get backinto it it is ready to pull again rather than bog, correct. (Just trying to learn the terms and what the results are..)
Last time I was out I could get to about 7500 rpms with my 600 twin. Would this spring cause , say a 2-300 rpm increase in rpms?
The down side would be if I got in powder, I could bog ???
