when the snow is hard my sled will turn the heat light on sled is studed the only thing i can think of is my flap is about 6 inches from ground.I put bender tranfer rod on and backed lower adjustment all the way.Iam wondering if i put a longer flap on if it would help.any sugestions would be great thanks

Your going to over heat sure on hard pack with not much snow dust,because the main coolers are on the feet rest,you need snow/dust to run these pro-action sleds on,they don't like hard pack or ice.
pull over and kick some snow loose to throw up on floor boards....CP

the snow flap traps the snow that your track kicks up and sucks it into the tunnel from there it hits the front coolers, SO UNLESS YOUR IN DEEP SNOW GET A LONGER FLAP

even with a longer flap mine still will overheat with crusty snow becuase of th eside exchangers that is th eonly thing i can find wrong with my xtc 700
