Is there anyway to protect your engine from bad fuel ? Like water seperator or what is one to do , had a melt down on my 98 SRX pretty, sure bad gas was the problem , any additives that help ? thanks for any info.

Try a Sta-Dri water cell for about $8. It absorbs water in the gas without having to use an additive. I've been using them for several years now with good results.

Remember with the newer gas the water contains octane so by removing it you will be at a lower octane.

i've been running k100mg, my motors fresh this year and i've put almost 2500 miles on it this season (which is coming to end real soon) all I know is i've had no problems, maybe i'd have no problems without it, but since all is good so far i'm not changing anything
