life of a cat rider!

OMG, thats funny. Looks just like a couple of my buddies!

Funny I own a yamaha and always work on cats. Wish those guys finally figure it out.

some of them are not that smart when it comes to riding eather.
Went to the MTNS with a bunch of ppl and this guy almost ran into somone while side hilling.. ended up falling off his sled. the sled went down towards a good size cliff.. but lucky for him the bush saved the sled.

LOL, last year on a ride with my friends from houghton to copper harbor, the one arctic cat that was in our group lost the bolts in the rear scissor for the stopper shaft, the scissor collapsed and started rubbing on the track. Sad part is the trail was smooth as a gym floor. Good thing he had some extra bolts along, never know when your cat will collapse...

Cats

We've got two cat guys in our group. We're always towing them out of somewhere. Some people carry shovels and gas, these guys carry crazy carpets. Everytime they break down, we strap one of these kiddy slides/crazy carpets to thier tracks so we can tow them!

FastEddy, that had to be a sinking feeling watching your sled head to its death.

Yeah the guy was running down the mtn trying to get the sled.. he had bought a few days befor :| but there was a little hill between him and the sled so he thought it did go over he could not see it cought up in the trees.

I sent those picts to my Cat riding buddy the other day. He got kind of pissed. I even had to loan my emergency pull cord from my Yamaha toolkit to my other cat riding buddy so he could start his sled in the middle of no where on a -40 night on one of the coldest nights in Jan. I have never even opened the tool kit before then. Ha ha

Heres another......It got to be a joke around my freinds, whenever i opened the hood you would start hearing everybody snapping pictures. They told me i needed zerk fittings on my hood hinges.

went out riding today and had a T-cat 1000 in our group. Had allot of pit stops..lol ...Found it kind of funny when the RX-1s in the group had approx 10,000 miles on and the T-cat had just over 3000 and the engine looked 15 years old. :ORC :WayCool:

Some people never learn!

What year/model is that cat?

My buddy used to have a 2000 ZR600 millenium edition, until the engine blew for the 4th time in 2 years.

He now rides a 98 SRX 600 :yam:

I here the more miles you get on an rx1 the better they perform. How does that 10,000 mile rx1 do?
We did some swapping on our ride and couldn’t tell the difference in engines from one rx-1 to another. The blue RX with blue chrome windshield has well over 10,000 miles. The 4-stroke engines are a gem for longevity and I think we’re starting to take it for granted. :4STroke: The new mach (far right) is killer fast. Doo did a good job with this sled. The T-cat in the group was embarrassed by the 4-strokes :Moon:

my RX is the blue one in the middle of the pic...
