I've been part of TY.net since 2001 or so, finally discovered these forums today :shock:

For those that don't know, I ride a stock 97 600SX and live in the Detroit area.

I plan to hit at least 2 TY rides this year (booked already for Jan 23-25th) and also some rides through Snowmobileworld.com. Visiting all these forums will have to cut into some of the workday ;)

Where ya been ? These are the best forums ( next to Penthouse forums ) out there period. Clinton Twp ? Heck my brother lived in Yipsi / Clinton. His wife is from there. They live in Brooklyn now and are hard core Yamaha people. He is a wrench in Jackson and loves to work on / tune up sleds. If ya like to tune sleds and tilt a few cold ones you guys should hook up. I live 2 hrs north so I only get there on occasion. Have you done any mods to that 600 ? 8)

Hey Sparta, What does your brother ride? My inlaws live on Iron/Wamplers lake and there were a bunch of Yamahas out there last year. A couple of them were pretty damn quick too. I live in Manchester which is about 10 miles from Brooklyn. Later Jason

Brother has a fleet of Yamahas. He drives a 97 700 SX that flat out flies,wife has a two up 600 Venture and a 98 XTC 500. Also will see them with a pack of SRVs and a V-Max 4 with a red and white phazer. Wamplers is one of his favorites in the winter too. Heck he lives on Daurghy dr on the East end of the race track. Cant miss him with 6 to 10 sleds in his yard all winter. 8)
 
you finally found us???? :shock: ....you have been stuck on the TY forums????....how bout the rest of the site??? :D . You have to stay tuned, I make changes all the time...you have to keep a good sled tuned :D
 
Wamplers

I talked with a guy last year that had an old 97 700 that was tweaked out. It had stickers all over it. I think that he had a younger kid with him on a srx. But I thought he said he was from napoleon.
