Whats the cheapest way to get a longer snow flap for my '01 sx-r?After a tunnel extension for my 136" setup the stock one is kinda short.

Maybe you can make a custom aluminum plate to bring it down....Cheap and easy, but maybe not the best look. In my case When I put a long track on mine, I bought a Long Yamaha snowflap at haydays for 20 bucks...

The easiest way would be to buy one of the flaps like what is used on the 07 and newer four-stroke sleds. That flap is about 4" longer than the original SX-R style and we have them in stock and sell them for $22.65. The part number is 8GT-K7595-00-00. Give me a call if you need one or submit an order through our website. Thanks

Josh,Port has a discount when ordering online. They are going for way to much on ebay, 36 bucks the last one i seen.I need to order more parts soon ,maybe we can combine the order and split the shipping .Started the porting process on the other engine for the sx.I got an IQ skid also .
