Can You Run A 100 To 1 Ratio With Some Oils??
Been Hearing That Some Grass Racers Run 100 To 1 For More Power.

right on, by adding more oil, leans out the mixture, less will richen it, when you change the ratio you need to rejet to get the same performance, I have heard people running 24:1 with regular oils and 50:1 with race synthetic but i would not go leaner then that..not worth the chance.

that is not what i asked!! is there oils out there that protech an engine at such a low oil ratio?? and the engine will make more power if you have more fuel than oil in the burn without hurting the engine. some of you grass racers must of tryed it or know someone that has?? it's an old drag racing trick!! i guess.

AMSOIL makes a 100:1 premix oil called SABER PROFESSIONAL

Amsoil makes a 2 stroke oil called 100:1, I ran it for years and years in my motocross bikes with out any problems. Amsoil racing oil (its red like tranny fluid)is what we run in the sleds on grass we run 80:1 but this is with AMSOIL only, its good stuff!! If you run 1/4 mile your not gonna be able to run at 80:1, I would run 50:1, thats a long pull on a motor on the tar.

660 feet no problem.I have never ran the 100:1 amsoil but i have used to racing oil now called Dominator redid my top end at 10000 km and no piston scoring im amazed and sold on the stuff

I ran my SRX at 100:1 on the grass. With the correct fuel, and oil there is no problem. I ran C-16 and Yamalube-2R. full syn racing oil. now on 660 and cold temps, I might go 75:1 to be safe. ===SRXSRULE===

I ran amsoil in my 72 tnt a long time ago 80: 1 never blew up. that was along time ago and still noone believes me, I didn't believe it myself even had a motor on the bench for when it blew up sold that motor after I sold the sled. :WayCool: That sled was cheap from what we have now maybe it's worth a try but can't see myself doing it, but you never know.

THANKS MR.!! I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW IT WORKS.
TRYING FOR 5.6s IN 660FT ON THE ICE.
