I just bought an 04 viper s and heard of some overheating issues with vipers.Does the 04 have this problem?I looked under the sled and it has 4 heat exchangers on it.One in front of the drive axle,one in the rear,one on each running board.

No problems that I know of. All the problems were pretty much limited to the 2002's (like mine). 04 should be problem free, had a friend buy a new one last year and no issues. If you are still concerned, ask a Yamaha dealer service dept if there are any "bulletins" or recalls.
