Hello everyone, I just purchased a 02 Viper and am extremely excited for the snow to start falling! I have to replace the radius rod on it because its bent and the new one came with the sale. Any tips on finding the TQ specs, should be a easy repair I hope. Doing a tiny bit of searching the forums here it looks like the front suspension likes to bend things, so I'll be sure to adjust it properly and maybe remove the bump stops. Thanks!
it is a fairly easy job , here is some specs...scroll down http://www.totallyamaha.com/snowmobiles/aaTECH/Simple_Specs.htm may want to check toe in and out and camber caster along with that change

I replaced a radius rod on my 02 Viper this year. Is it the lower one or the top one. The lower one was not to difficult...

lol. yer bent one is straighter than mine was. mine was touching the upper one. and the pissoff was it happened on the groomed trail. not in a feild or in the bush. that and the arm was $50 less than a set of 4 aftermarket alum ones fer my sled.
