Walk for Westyn/ March of Dimes
I invite you to come join us in our 2nd annual Walk for Westyn team, in memory of Westyn Robert Genens. Westyn was born May 29, 2007 with many congenital heart defects. At 2 days old he made it through heart surgery but despite his strongest efforts he passed away at 2 1/2 months of age.
In honor of Westyn, come join our team to walk and raise money or make a donation at this site. Thanks to all of our donations, last year we raised over $4,000! We would like to match that amount this year or exceed it! Even the smallest donation will make a difference, so please help.
The money we raise for March for Babies will support lifesaving research, services, education and advocacy that help babies get a healthy start.

I know times are tough but anything would be appreciated to help out the babies, thats what we are here for, to help the kids! time is getting close for the walk!

I've joined March for Babies because the March of Dimes champions the needs of moms and babies in our community and across the nation. The money we raise for March for Babies will help:
- support all-important research offering preventions and solutions for babies born too soon or with birth defects
- educate women on things they can do to increase their chances of having a healthy baby
- provide comfort and information to families with a newborn in intensive care
- push for newborn screening and health insurance for all pregnant women and children
