I know the SRV motor has a bigger carb and it run at 7200 rpm (700 rpm more than the 540 in the VK).
Does the head and cylinders are different too?
I would like to had a little more HP on my VK motor, I think stock it have 45-50 hp and the SRV had more like 60 hp.
How much gain can I have by just swaping the carb?
Thanks!

I know you should be able to run a 38 or 40mm mukuni carb.
on there with no problem . How much more HP I'm not sure.

Not much to gained with the carburetor. You will gain more by installing exhaust system from the SRV, boyesen reed valves, sheave the heads .020, rejet carb recalibrate clutch.
