I've finished my '02 600 SXR 136 Tracks USA extension. We get so much marginal snow around here that I wanted to make sure that I retained my rear cooler. With the bottom mounting flange remove the stock cooler fits right into the back of tunnel extension. Just be careful when prying the extension apart to get the cooler in. I did make a snow flap mount since it would be difficult to mount the snow flap with the cooler installed. I did have two new tabs welded onto the sides of the cooler to make up for the mounting tab that I remove. Here are a few pictures.

My apologies, I had a size problem...and ran out of time this morning.
I have a grocery list of little things I'd like to get done, but she's running.

This project has had it's issues from the start. Last season I blew the engine. This January I got a screaming deal on an engine off ebay. Until the Bell housing was broken during shipping. Had bell housing welded, split case changed mag seal, re-assembled. I did get reimbursed for the damages. Engine runs, just need to check timing. Had to take care of a few other issues from racing. All this and less than 2,000 miles on the odometer. (cross country racing makes it more like 5,000 miles)
Can't wait for next season!

Motor Down!
My screaming deal of a motor has become a nightmare. I don't think the money I paid to have the engine welded was worth it. After 66 miles motor roasted #3 piston. I'm guessing that it sucked air in through the crankcase somewhere. Guess I'll find out this summer. Time to register the SRX.
