I'm installing a skidplate on my viper in the morning. Is their anything i need to worry about when drilling into the bulkhead for the rivets???? I'm thinking not but just want to make sure.

Pretty simple like sledsquatch said dont use a long drill bit
other then that you cant really mess it up.

I just installed one on my friends 09 Rev, it was easy as pie, however, its bulkhead was already pre-drilled. We only needed to drill the front four holes, we just needed to be cautious of drilling to deep and into the exhaust.
Try using a block of wood on the opposite side of the pan as you drill. Just for any "what-ifs".
