i started the sled up today and was working fine. -15 here today. got cold today since yesterday/ well anyways i started the sled up today before supper then got about a km then it shut off and tried to start it again and it was on cylinder and shut off. thought the carbs may have gotten cloged but nope! i just cleaned the carbs. i cleaned the pilots, fuel screws, and main jets. blowed them out with an air compressor. installed them back on the sled and still wont start! any suggestions what you thik it could be? sled did not seize up ro anything it just shut off like a starvation for gas. motor is fine. checked the coils and it has lots of spark. anyone know whats wrong?

Are the plugs wet or dry? I would try disconnecting the fuel line in the bowls and see if you hbave flow there. This happened to me last year, wound up needing to clean the tank. Have you checked your compression?
put some fuel down her throat ( in the cylinders, a couple of onzes each), then give her a pull.

I remember doing this with my old 1972 GP292 everyday just to get the stupid thing going.

i forgot to mension that i tried that. i put gas in the plug holes and first haul she was going. ill try the fuel pump
