About to put the suspension back in my 97 SX. The book calls for low temp grease on the bushings that go in the suspension mounts (the mounts to the tunnel)...just wondering if thats what everyone does...and do you put grease around the bushing when you put it in...or do you put grease on the inside where the bolt goes through?...Just curious how everyone does it.

I usually rub a little grease around the bushing both inside and out to give it some lube and then once I get the skid bolted in grab the grease gun and pump the shaft area full until it squeezes out.You don't want grease in the end of the shaft where the bolt goes as this would allow the bolt to work out,use loctite on the 6 bolts that fasten the skid to the chassis.
