Bravo suspension

Hi I need some help with my Bravo's suspension or lack of it. Any pictures would really help as I took it out to repair the broken rails .Either I put it together wrong or it is shot. The top of the shock is rubbing on the inside of the track. Also , there is very little (3") maybe of travel

Can you get a picture of the suspension? that would help to determine your problem, and there is 4" of travel according to specs, comfortable machines eh!!!
