Hey everyone,
Ive got a motor im building for my 84 phazer and I want to squeeze more power out of it. What I would like to know is, if anone had some befre/after pics of a ported cylinder for a 485. Ive never actually ported a cylinder before, but you gotta learn sometime right?
thanks,
matt

I might have a set of their phazer templates lying around. Don't remember if I got rid of them or not. I'll look tomorrow and get back to you. I had mine done rather than risking messing up a set of cylinders.

The biggest thing you can do to the Phazer is get rid of that OEM pipe ,Aaen, and others makes pipes that will add about 12-14 hp,go that route first,if the stock pipe can't handle the stock motor why waist you time on the porting now,put on a good pipe first then do some porting.. they have pipes on ebay all the time ,just keep a look out for one..
