want to get the viper powder coated trailing arms radius rods rear suspension grab bar and even tunnel how would i go about taking the tunnel off i want to do a tunnel fade something like you can see on this website http://www.thinair-usa.com/Fun_Viper_Story.html im getting powder coating done from http://halfbakedcoatings.com/default.aspx looking for any ideas on colors and also any instructions on taking the tunnel off and how to package for shipping also how to leave sled when the tunnels off thanks

Your pretty much going to have to take the sled almost completly apart.. only leaving the engine in the bulkhead.

Drain the coolant.. Remove the hood, seat, gas tank cover, gas tank, all plastic, etc, remove the rear suspension, remove the trailling arms, shocks and tie rods, radius rods etc..

It will help alot if you put the bolts for each part in zip lock bags and mark them so you know what bolts go with which parts..

Also taking pictures with a digital camera helps for reassembly too..

The more i think about it, i would pack the tunnel with the Trailling arms, bumper and radius rods and rear suspension parts

Pack the pipes in a seperate box.

probably be next weekend time i get it done any ideas if glow in the dark would show up? on the tunnel also was thinking about white and blue or white blue and black any ideas? thanks

I liked the Candy blue fading to black idea.. Seeing as your sled is blue..

I would do the front coil springs white.. Forget the glow in the dark.. it wont go with the sled and it just doesnt glow long enough for sled applications..

ok well im going to tear into the sled this weekend any ideas or suggestions and also what should i use to hold the sled after its torn down to bulkhead and motor?
