race srx needs help

I have been looking for months for a race cdi for my 99 srx and have looked all over north america with no luck, found one but was attached to a sled for $5K, just wondering if there are any other options out there for me to to be able to run a set of race pipes on my motor.ive had few suggestions like running a 600 srx box or a sx box with the power valves locked open but dont know if I want to risk my motor.

any help is greatly appricaited

Good luck finding one. The '98-'99 Race CDI's are hard to come by.

the 01' is not compatible with 99' harness though
