Does anyone here have any information of belt drive systems to replace a chaincase?

I have a vintage restoration project, or restomod I guess, and want to remove the stand alone chaincase and mount a chaincase, or rather a belt case on the right side with a jackshaft ahead of the engine so that I can use modern clutching.

Room is tight and I want the weight to be very light. So I recalled that someone out east, AD Boivin I think, used to play around with belt drives on bombaqueers instead of the heavier chain. I think this would be a great idea for my project, but have no idea where one would find a selection of belts and pulleys? Any suggestions out there? G.

Thanks guys, I've often thought of the benefits of belt drives, but thought it was going to involve design and fabrication! This is just too cool. G.

I looked into doing my own belt drive for the SR292. I was working with Gates and using their belts and existing pullies..... Just got way too expensive for me
