So i put the carbs back together after cleaning and checking what jetting settings im running and now i have a bogg when i hit the throttle. Took it back apart and everything looks fine. Where should i start to fix this now. 2004 viper.

If your tors / throttle cable adjustment checks out,[I always bypass mine] + if you haven't already done so... check your fuel screw settings. I would ensure they are set no less the 1 turn open + no more then 2 open.
Turn your fuel screws out some more.
