how can i tell if a cdi box has been reprogrammed.

Some of the boxes have been marked. Most of them have not, and really, there is no way to tell.

oh ok cause i got one that is supposed to be a bender one. there is a letter c scratched into it.

he numbers on the cdi box are 8dn-10 f8t36871 9z07

8DN-10 is the part number for an 00 SRX 700 CDI, the rest I dont know
