My 2003 venture has a coolant leak. I have replaced the water pump o ring twice and after driving it around the yard both times it leaks really fast after it's been run and warmed up, never before.
The leak was very minor before and now it's even worse. Any ideas on what it could be?

where is the leak first? are there any hidden cracks on the hose or housing anywhere? when you changed the gasket what happened to the leak? If it didn't stop then you are not at the source of the issue. I don't mean for this to be patronizing but coolant travels down hoses etc, are there any stain marks or clean spots around the suspected area? It once took me 2 weeks to find a leak that was only around when the hose got hot and expanded leaving a hairline fracture, it was a foot away from where I was looking.
Loctite has a new material out that looks like red electrical tape that works wonders on leaks take pressure and heat too, you should be able to find it at any industrial supply houses. I carry a roll in my tool box just in case now.
