Hey guys. Going to be looking at a MSRX 700 later on this week. This will be my wifes new sled. Looking for a little input on anything to look for besides the obvious. Will be taking my comp tester and borescope along. Sled looks real clean, got 2600 miles on it.

make sure the crank was done under warranty. wire rub issues under the motor(non warranty), ski spindle recall, make sure they were replaced under warranty. other than that, dont expect it to be a mountain sled, because its not. but a good solid platform and reliable, excellent trail manners. the 136 gives a better ride, and the taller lug track helps in the fluff. not a corner to corner railer like the 121, but still an awesome sled. basically, its the 121 version with the 98 mtn max skid. a little nose heavy and low in the front. easily altered for more deep snow capability.

they are great sleds but fairly front heavy, a mountain max would be better imo
