Watch this before you visit the government website for the so called "cash for clunkers" program - and if you have been there, your computer is being tracked by the U.S. Government.

Regardless if you visit that site or not they could track your computer activity anyway, they dont need you to visit any of there sites to do so. All they need is your legal name or IP address and theyd be able to track your computer activity with either info.......Unless using a work/public computer of course......Easy as that.......That being legal or not I have no clue, but they tap telephones illegally everyday so I dont why this would be any diff.
