Want a SRX 700 What year do I buy

I am starting to shop for a SRX 700. I do not know what year is the best to buy and what to look for when shopping. What are the good and bad points of the sled and whats a decent price range? Always had vintage stuff want one of these monsters to play with. Thanks Gregg
 
all are great, 00-02 made a little more power, 01-02 have dcs (i think), check the power valves if you can before you buy, pull throughs can get expensive depending on the amount of damage and can be a good indicator of the sleds maintenance, check even compression, overall cleanliness, and upkeep are also good telltales, it's a buyers market so don't be afraid to throw out a low offer, worse they can do is say no. but i would think anywhere between 1500 and 2500 depending on condition, good luck, they're fun animals

Everything he said....but only the 02 came with dcs (detonation control system)
