I ordered a pair of these skis for my SRX through a friend who's a Kimpex dealer. The guy that I talked to at Royal also said they are a good ski, better than Kimpex's own tri-keel skis.

What do you guys think of these Skis???

just got mine installed on the SRX,but haven't tried them yet.I also got shaper bars also for them. They do not look fancy at all,not like a Simmons ski..but I hope I can hug a corner at 80 with them.

Well blue as with most dual runner skis there is a little bit of corner push but nothing too bad. The big difference is the improvement in darting. It's almost non-existant. Now when I'm cruising down a narrow trail and I meet up with another sled i don't have to worry about locking horns.

good to hear. How is your suspension set up with the skis'?Do you pull your straps up a lot?I have mine pulled up good and FRA at medium and transfer set for 50/50 right now.Maybe I should let off on the limiters a bit,but don't want to lift skis a foot when I pin it either.

My limiters are also fairly tight, and FRA is on medium setting too. My transfer rods are set fairly aggressivly.

not yet with the weather the way it is..like -34 C windchills now.A lot of huge new drifts everywhere=awesome.Probably will have to take out the 600 for the new snow here,SRX on hold for a bit..love drift busting and climbing myself. To cold today for sure and I still have a bad flu/cold.Even tomorrow is going to be in the -30 windchill range.... :o|

ya that's a little chilly to be out.

it's 10* here in southwest Ontario now and all our snow is pretty well gone. bummer. one good thing my buddies and I did our annual week trip the first week of Feb instead of this week so we lucked out again. we did a 1500km loop threw out the mid west and central Ontario. awesome conditions then but i'm sure now it is fading away quickly as well. :letitsnow

tried the arrow skis out today.A little different feeling. No darting or wandering what so ever.On the hard pack river surface hugs corners like on rails. But if the snow is loose..skis will push a little and harder to keep them planted firm without ski lift.

IME, the shaper bars alone will help with darting, even on stock skis.

I wish they made shaper bars for 99-00 srx plastic USI skis. There is that new design , trapezoidal in shape from another manufacturer now though.
