Can anyone point me in the right direction to buy some manuals on rebuilding various brands of shocks?I know it's a delicate operation and requires skill and the right touch but they are after all just a hydraulic cylinder with nitrogen gas for pressure so I'm sure with the right technical manuals a person could should be able to do a good job. There are a variety of places to buy quality seals (Tech Syn) and oils and I do have access to a great machine shop that does plenty of hydraulics so I help is only a phone call away when needed.

With the increasing number of sleds and quads in my area a person may be able to stay relatively busy doing this kind of work on the side just rebuilding alone let alone getting into the whole revalving side of things.

This is just an idea I had sitting here and I thought I'd see how much of a deal it was picking up the manuals before I put too much effort into the whole thing.
